Doors open to VIP guests from 6.30pm – This part of the evening is in The 1998 Club below Southbank City entrance via the alley to the right hand side of the main entrance. (You can take a virtual tour of the venue at www.the1998.club

Champagne Reception
Luxury Buffet available to all guests
Meet & greet and mix with some of the players – confirmed guests: Frank Clark, Mark Crossley, Colin Cooper, Steve Chettle, Steve Stone, Ian Woan, Paul McGregor, Jason Lee, Alan Hill, Liam O’Kane, Pete Edwards, Colin Fray.
Professional photography of the reception plus your chance to have your photo taken with the players.
Photos from 7.15-8pm
At 8pm you will be taken upstairs to take your stage view seats for the main show starting at approx 8.30pm

General Admission
Doors open to General Admission tickets holders from 7pm, please arrive early to grab any remaining unreserved seating or to get a good vantage point for the main show.

Charities
This evening is all about raising money for Mark Crossley’s #WALKINGSBRILLIANT Charity as well as Nottingham charity – Footprints CEC

Golden Envelope – £10.00 to enter

We have 10 x top prizes to give away – There will be lists on your tables on the night with the range of prizes plus envelopes as well.

Put your £10.00 into the envelope (or can pay on card to one of the volunteers) and write your name on the back of the envelope – at the start of the 2nd half, the envelopes will be drawn at random on stage by some of our guests and the 10 lucky winners will get there choice of prize to pick from.

Premier Pizza & Pint Prize Draw

Volunteers will be coming round selling Premier Pizza & Pint Vouchers for £10.00 each – all vouchers are redeemable against ANY Pizza and ANY Pint on ANY Day at ANY Time at Southbank City, but on the night we will be drawing 5 lucky winners to claim a range of prizes, the top prize being 2 x tickets to one of the remaining Premier League games at The City Ground this season in the Legends Lounge at The Trent End.

This will be drawn at the start of the 2nd half.

Memorabilia Auction

Info will be on the tables for some fantastic, signed sporting memorabilia – the auction will be at the start of the 2nd half conducted by some of our guests.

The Main Show

The Main show will begin at Approx 8.30pm.

An intro video will be played followed by an introduction to the stage for the nights host – BBC Radio Nottingham’s voice of Nottingham Forest, Colin Fray.

Colin will then introduce the night’s in person guests (listed above) and the show will commence.

In the first half we’ll cover the Malmo & Auxerre games including video clips of match action, player interviews at the time as well as archive fan footage – Colin will invite players who played a prominent role in each game to come to the hot seat to discuss them, their memories and some never heard before stories.

The 2nd half of the night will begin with the fund raising efforts followed by the Lyon & Bayern Munich games in the same format as the first half and you can look forward to a few surprises during the evening as well.

It is going to be a top night and we can’t wait to see you all then.
